Assist in providing loving, responsive care to infants ages 6 weeks to 15 months • Support daily routines, including feeding, diapering, naps, and play • Rotate between two infant classrooms while maintaining consistency and strong relationships with children • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment • Follow safe sleep, health, and licensing guidelines at all times • Communicate positively with lead teachers and families • Help create a warm, nurturing environment where infants feel safe and secure. This position works with infants ages 6 weeks to 15 months and rotates between two infant classrooms, both with small group sizes and a low 14:1 teacher-to-child ratio.
