Teaching responsibilities may include undergraduate courses in the following areas: introduction to construction management, construction materials & methods, drawings, specs & codes, construction estimating, scheduling, MEP Systems, construction surveying, construction safety, soils & construction equipment, project management, jobsite management, advanced concrete methods and materials, project cost controls, and/or statics and mechanics of materials. While we aspire to have one, there is currently no graduate program in the CM department, so the successful candidate will be expected to engage undergraduate students in research projects and seek collaboration with graduate students from other related departments for research and mentoring opportunities.
