The selected candidate will teach three classes per semester (six per academic year), at the undergraduate or graduate level, including two or more of following: • construction methods and materials • mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) • building science • building information modeling (BIM) • real estate development and finance • structural analysis and design • quantity take offs and cost estimating • scheduling • contracts & specifications • project management • sustainable built environment • construction safety • soils and site survey • infrastructure construction. Applicants for this position should submit: 1) a formal letter of interest addressing your teaching philosophy including summary of your professional experience and skills, 2) a curriculum vitae, 3) a one-page statement that describes how you will contribute to CAN Rs positive culture, fair access to resources, and creating a sense of belonging, 4) the names and contact information for three references (letters are not initially required, but these individuals will be approached for letters before the final interviews).
