As a teacher in a Catholic school, the Teacher acts as a representative of the Catholic Church to the students, both as a role model and through the various tasks, actions and other responsibilities assigned to the Teacher. Rooted in the Catholic faith, MBTA is committed to developing students spiritually, academically, socially, emotionally, and physically while preparing them to become compassionate leaders and lifelong learners.
