Develop, deliver, and continuously improve technical training programs, including training manuals, instructional guides, visual aids, and evaluation materials tailored to metering technologies such as Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) and smart meters. As part of the Metering team, the Team Leader will provide leadership, technical guidance, and operational oversight to ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient delivery of metering services.
