p/>In accordance with the Governor’s Executive Order 303, our agency supports second-chance employment for individuals who were previously incarcerated, or justice involved. Positions in the satellite kitchen include maintaining safe temperatures of food items, plating meals to follow specifically ordered diets, following safe food-handling policies/procedures, assisting trainer staff in kitchens as needed, providing snacks and medically ordered nourishments for residents, completing proper food storage and labeling, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment, ordering and replenishing stock items from the Main Kitchen, and providing appropriate interaction with residents and co-workers.
