CPR required ACLS, PALS, NRP TNCC per unit requirement (If required and not current must be obtained within 6 months of employment) demonstrated leadership and coaching abilities, demonstrated professional and ethical behavior, must be passionate about nursing and teamwork. They will continuously assess unit needs to ensure adequate resources for current and upcoming shifts by collaborating with other department, clinical and nonclinical, to coordinate timely admissions, transfers, and discharges of patients.
