The CST (Community Support Team) provides but is not limited to case management services, crisis intervention, skills training, documentation within the required time frame, individual counseling, medication monitoring, attends meetings, Q.I. and other duties that are necessary in order to meet the needs of the seriously mentally ill. The team leader will also complete documentation within specified time frames, provide training, quality assurance, staff supervision, administration, and attend required meetings.
