Butt Grocery CoMaintenance Team Leader I -IFS, Austin, TXTXQualifications & Key Requirements: Work Experience: 5+ years Experience as a high-level technician plus 3+ years of experience as a foreman or maintenance knowledge/awareness - Preferred Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Written / verbal communication skills - Required PC skills, including MS Office (Excel, Word) and a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) (EAM preferred) - Preferred Education: AAS degree 3+ years of experience OR 5+ years of experience as a high-level technician plus 3+ years of experience as a foreman - Required Licenses/Certifications: Valid driver's license; a clean driving record - Required Physical Demands & Working Conditions: Travel by car or plane with overnight stays Occasionally lift 20 lbs or more; lift and carry 50 lbs Work flexible and/or rotating schedules, including overnights, weekends, and holidays Walk long distances; climb ladders / stairs to gain rooftop access; stand, stoop, crawl; work in hot and cold spaces; maneuver around equipment Work around industrial facilities, including food, manufacturing, warehousing, transportation, refrigerated Respond to emergency situations any time of day or night The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those a Partner encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
