SKILLS AND BACKGROUND REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL: Experience in manufacturing operations and equipment (weighing, staging, and blending operations, blenders, sifters, scales)• Ability to document on paper and use electronic batch records• Ability to lead team and coordinate daily work assignments• Ability to apply basic math skills• Good teamwork and communication skills (written and verbal)• Ability to understand, speak, read and write in the English language• Basic computer skills - Outlook, Word, Excel.
