This role is responsible for managing the full project lifecycle, including traffic impact analyses, traffic signal design, intelligent transportation systems (ITS), roadway illumination, signing and pavement markings,maintenanceoftraffic(MOT)plans,andthepreparationofPlans,Specifications,andEstimates(PS&E),whileensuringalignmentwithclientobjectives,regulatoryrequirements,andbudgetandschedulecommitments. Provide oversight and technical direction for complex traffic engineering projects, including traffic impact studies, traffic signal design, traffic operations analyses, Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS), transportation safety studies, roadway illumination, signing and pavement markings, and maintenance of traffic (MOT) design across all phases of project delivery.
