Serve as the functional and technical owner of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM , accountable for configuration integrity, platform health, and alignment with HR business processes across Core HR ( workforce structures, person and employment data, self-service), Time & Labor (time entry, schedules, rules, approvals), and Talent (goals, performance, career development, succession). · Serve as the primary technology partner and advisor to HR leaders, HRIS, Total Rewards, Talent, and Operations, translating business goals into system capabilities and system constraints back into business terms.
