The role partners closely with Finance, Claims, ERM, the Captive Manager, Legal, operating affiliates, brokers, actuaries, carriers, and reinsurers to ensure risk financing decisions are analytically supported, operationally executable, and aligned with enterprise objectives. Evaluate the financial and operational trade-offs among risk retention, transfer, mitigation, and avoidance, and recommend options aligned with risk appetite, balance sheet capacity, cash flow, and long-term enterprise value.
