Manage overall financial health of projects Develop and maintain project financial and equipment projections Allocate project estimate into financial system, determine cost codes, approve invoices, manage budget Provide financials and billings to Accounting for timely payment, create monthly owner billings Oversee budget and select trade partners and suppliers, handle billings and contract management Oversee 3-D coordination process to resolve conflicts before installation Direct and manage commissioning process, including start-up plan, COT, schedule, and functional testing Lead project closeout activities, including operations and maintenance manuals, model turnover, and training Manage Assistant Project Manager(s) and Project Engineer(s), provide job assignments, career development, and feedback Function as main contact with owner and on-site representative, resolve site concerns, build positive relationships. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum seven years construction management experience, preferably experience with a Mechanical or Electrical Contractor The base pay range for this role is $132,100 Min - $198,200 Max (Actual range is higher for the following office locations: Denver, CO and Chicago, IL - 5%, Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR - 10%, Washington, D.C. - 12.5%) Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity.
