Create a trusted enterprise baseline across 5,000+ applications, technology components, SaaS platforms, vendors, and supporting infrastructure; classify assets by business criticality, security exposure, compliance relevance, resilience, and modernization need; and use AI-enabled workflows to drive risk-based action at scale. The Technical Program Leader owns the integrated technical plan for the modernization program, assessing solution options, coordinating execution across workstreams, managing milestones, and driving issue resolution.
