Bachelor's degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered; A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in construction management and field operations, particularly in water and wastewater infrastructure; Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale infrastructure projects; Relevant certifications in water and wastewater construction management, such as CCM (Certified Construction Manager) or PE (Professional Engineer); Extensive knowledge of construction principles, methods, and technologies related to water and wastewater facilities; Familiarity with alternative delivery methods, including CMAR, DB, and DBB; Strong understanding of federal, state, and local environmental laws and regulations; Proficiency in project management software and field inspection tools; Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to clients, public groups, and internal teams; Strong problem-solving abilities, including data analysis and decision-making under pressure; Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills to foster teamwork and mentor staff; Ability to prepare and manage budgets, contracts, and project costs effectively; Valid driver's license and clean driving record; Willingness to travel to project sites as needed (greater than 50%). We are currently seeking a Senior Manager of Project Construction with experience in water and wastewater infrastructure, including pump stations, pressure pipelines, gravity pipelines, and treatment plants.
