With minimal direction, this position partners with senior leaders, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to define scope, build and manage project plans, track risks and dependencies, communicate progress, support change management, and deliver outcomes aligned to business objectives, compliance expectations, and operational efficiency goals. This role leads moderate to highly complex Accounting Transformation initiatives that improve processes, strengthen controls, enable technology adoption, and support scalable ways of working across a large, matrixed organization.
