Develop and manage master integration management plans, critical dependency milestone trackers, and dashboards, tracking key program status updates and issues/risks, performing action item management for complex programs, including management of interface with infrastructure, communications, cyber, development and finance workstreams, utilizing project management tools; Lead and support business development by identifying new opportunities, leading proposal development and providing subject matter expertise in color team reviews. This position will be responsible for managing senior-level client relationships, implementing strategic initiatives, executing long term programmatic planning efforts, strategically responding to emerging priorities, and managing matrixed teams within DHS component agency offices and directorates.
