Independently develop design and construction work packages for moderately complex electrical overhead and underground distribution systems operating from 4kV through 69 kV mostly associated with Customer Engineering based programmatic work such as new overhead and underground services, overhead to underground conversions, underground residential/commercial development design, overloaded transformers, inspection and maintenance, disconnect reconnects, and customer relocations.
