The role will also include traditional manufacturing engineering functions such as process development, work instruction creation, tooling support, root cause investigation, process improvement, and production readiness for mechanical, electronic, and electro-mechanical assemblies. The role will work closely with operations, quality, planning, and maintenance teams to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant manufacturing performance while minimizing downtime and resolving issues quickly during off-hours operations.
