Job Description Implement, conduct and continuously improve Safety Health, Sustainability (SHS) education, knowledge and performance at branches within the assigned geographic area, including, Smith System defensive driving training, weekly SHS training, annual internal audits, incident investigations and reporting, field level behavior based worker observations and coaching (BBO's) and other tasks as requested by supervisor.
