Demonstrated ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with key managers and functional experts, including internal service delivery teams, client project teams, external service providers, and subcontractors, to assess current-state environments, interpret contract requirements, and develop and gain approval for project scope, schedule, cost, and quality management plans that drive successful technical solution delivery.
