Report and communicate audit findings to the RV manufacturers and confirm necessary changes are made.</li><li>Support RV manufacturers by troubleshooting system problems and issues as an escalation point through Truma Service.</li><li>Travel across North America managing budget and schedules.</li></ul><p/><p><em>The job criteria may include other duties, responsibilities, and activities, which may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice.</em></p><p/><p><strong>Position Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Education: Preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Mechatronics, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. RV industry considered an asset.</li><li>Experience: 3-5 years of experience in HVAC system design. Technical Sales experience a plus. Experience with system testing and technical reporting a plus. Electrical and controls experience considered an asset.</li><li>Functional Skills: Must be able to understand complex information and communicate information to people with diverse professional backgrounds. Ability to manage tasks, projects and time effectively. Must be able to use hand tools and power tools as required. Mechanical aptitude to design and install systems into RV’s.</li><li>Technology Aptitude/Skills: Experience with Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint required, as well as using presentation tools. Experience with SalesForce CRM preferred.</li><li>Language Skills: Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
