This work includes assembling, rebuilding, repairing, and maintaining Baader fish filleting machines, Baader fish trimming machines, Baader scaling machines, Baader fish skinning machines, and/or Baader fish mincing machines by performing the following duties: Key Responsibilities: Repairs and maintains the Baader electrical systems (includes angle encoder, clock generator, proximity switches, limit switches, step motor and controller).
