Relevant experience should include: maintenance of building interiors and exteriors; performing minor carpentry, drywall repair, painting, flooring repairs, and general upkeep; preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, doors, locks, and fixtures; basic plumbing repairs such as repairing leaks, replacing faucets, unclogging drains, and maintaining restroom facilities; keeping accurate maintenance logs, work order documentation, and inventories of tools, equipment, and supplies. Performs carpentry work in the renovation, alteration, and maintenance of buildings, floors, roofs, partitions, doors, windows, and wooden fixtures; installs hardware on doors windows, and furniture; glazes windows and doors.
