Completed a recognized apprenticeship or have the equivalence of a craft apprenticeship in one of the four trades and take courses and passed tests, and completed the training program to become skilled in all four trades: Boilermaker, Millwright, Pipefitter, Welder. This includes working with gearboxes, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, pumps, seals, piping and valves, mechanical power transmission systems, couplings, shaft alignments, lubrication systems, overhead cranes, and other heavy industrial equipment.
