Systems Administration and Technical Support: Administer, inspect, diagnose, maintain, and perform authorized repairs or configuration changes for Lenel OnGuard, Milestone XProtect, associated servers, workstations, cameras, readers, controllers, intercoms, sensors, locks, alarm devices, and supporting network infrastructure. The role reports to the Global Program Manager, Security Design and Integration; provides advanced technical escalation; coordinates service-ticket execution; validates vendor workmanship; supports the Senior Project Manager with security design and project delivery; and helps train peer technicians.
