Performs new connects, reconnects, and service troubleshooting; adds outlets; installs and/or removes ONTs, routers, receivers, extenders, PoEs, PtPs; installs fiber and/or CAT5e cabling within structures; performs upgrades and downgrades of service. As a member of the Internet Services team, the Internet Services Technician is responsible for providing and maintaining a positive member/subscriber experience by ensuring that all member installations are completed in a timely manner and that all workmanship is performed at a high level.
