Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) including but not limited to hard hat, safety glasses, ear plugs, masks/respirators, reflective safety vests, gloves and safety toe, construction-grade work boots. Working under the direction of the Warranty Supervisor and Operations Management, this technician ensures timely resolution of customer concerns, verifies system performance, and maintains a strong focus on service quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
