Military occupational specialties should be evaluated based on individual training, experience, technical aptitude, and demonstrated ability to perform work associated with electrical systems, power generation, telecommunications infrastructure, industrial maintenance, battery systems, critical power equipment, and field service operations. All training will be delivered under the direct superviion and guidance of qualified Field Service Technicians and technical mentors with experience supporting critical power infrastructure, energy systems, telecommunications power systems, battery technologies, and field service operations.
