Traffic Signal Diagnostics & Repair: Operates, maintains, troubleshoots, adjusts, and repairs electro-mechanical and solid-state traffic control devices, including signal controllers, variable message signs (VMS), arrow boards, and solar-powered school flashers. Operating at a senior level on the Traffic Maintenance crew, this position performs advanced installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, fabrication, and repair of municipal traffic control devices, including electro-mechanical and solid-state traffic signals, street signs, and pavement markings.
