Must Haves • Associate degree or equivalent experience in Quality, Engineering Technology, Manufacturing, or a related field• Experience inspecting manufactured components and verifying conformance to engineering drawings• Proficiency with common measurement tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges)• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications• Working knowledge of quality systems, inspection processes, and documentation control• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a manufacturing environment• Clear written and verbal communication skills. Working closely with Quality, Engineering, Logistics, and Shipping teams, the position helps maintain compliance, drive continuous improvement, and support customer satisfaction across the organization.
