Valid Driver's License is required Ability to identify independent colors and learn color codes Possess Underground Miner Card Proficient with the following equipment: ladders, bucket truck, man lift, cable puller, and reel stands Proficient in operating small equipment (i.e., forklift, bobcat, telehandler, skid steer, etc.) Flagger Certification Ability to read and execute network drawings and splicing diagrams.
