Previous experience as a Rail Car Technician, Heavy Equipment Mechanic, Diesel Mechanic, Industrial Maintenance Technician, Automotive Technician, Aircraft Mechanic, or similar mechanical/electrical role. This hands-on role is responsible for the inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and testing of rail cars to ensure they operate safely and reliably.
