ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Service, repair, replace and maintain walk-in and reach-in freezers, refrigerators, ice makers, and milk coolers replacing components including motors, Freon, belts, thermometers, and adjust controls to accommodate specific types of Freon used in any particular appliance. Under minimal supervision, performs refrigeration, electrical, electronic and mechanical maintenance work independently on kitchen equipment such as dishwashers, freezers, disposals, pumps, motors, steam kettles, ovens, and compressors.
