This individual will work in partnership with other internal departments, City of Arlington representatives, vendors, tenants, and contractors to coordinate logistics, maintenance requests, and projects taking place on property and surrounding areas. This role is responsible for the preventative maintenance, daily upkeep, and general repairs necessary to maintain Ballpark Circle, Choctaw Stadium, and surrounding properties in a clean, professional, and well working condition.
