DEFINITION: Under close supervision, assists with the more routine work involved in varied personnel transactions, and conducts field investigations of procedures, complaints, grievances, and other personnel matters; provides the above services to the general population as well as to that portion of the population; does related work as required. LICENSE:Appointee will be required to possess a driver's license valid in New Jersey only if the operation of a vehicle, rather than employee mobility, is necessary to perform the essential duties of the position.
