Assist with paint booth operations and cross-train in vehicle refinishing functions based on prior training, experience, demonstrated proficiency, and business needs, including booth preparation, masking, paint application support, curing, cleanup, and safe equipment operation. The employee may be exposed to moving vehicles and equipment, elevated noise, dust, fumes, odors, paint products, solvents, spray application and curing processes, welding operations, temperature changes, and other conditions typical of body repair and refinishing work.
