Installs, adjusts, and maintains prefabricated window frames, doors, door frames, weather stripping, and interior and exterior trim, as well as commercial door hardware systems (including locks, closers, and related components), ensuring proper operation, security, and compliance with applicable codes. Experience: 1-2 years of maintenance/carpentry experience in a commercial, institutional, or facilities maintenance environment, including experience with building repairs, installation of doors and hardware, and general maintenance of interior and exterior building systems.
