This includes: Business Development, maintain client relationships, subcontractor and vendor relations, budgets, estimating, cost control, schedules, subcontractors, changes, technical/contractual compliance, safety, invoicing, etc. Must have a working knowledge of architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical civil and design practices and concepts, excellent working knowledge of current building codes and regulations.
