Key Responsibilities * Install, inspect, and service dry chemical, clean agent, and special hazard fire suppression systems * Inspect and replace fire suppression tanks, cartridges, and control unit batteries * Perform semi-annual system maintenance , including checking hoses, discharge lines, nozzles, and detection loops * Maintain data logs and control unit information * Conduct electronic and manual actuator testing to ensure proper functionality * Travel regionally, with overnight stays required (up to a week at a time) * Communicate daily with site planners and use company time-tracking and field service apps Requirements: What We're Looking For * Mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand and battery-operated tools * Strong work ethic and ability to work independently * Basic computer skills and comfort using mobile applications * Customer service mindset with clear communication skills * Flexibility to work varied hours and on-call when needed * Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record * Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening * Experience with mining vehicle fire suppression systems is a plus Physical Requirements * Ability to sit, stand, kneel, crouch, or stoop for extended periods * Comfortable working in tight spaces, climbing ladders, and working at heights * Capable of lifting and moving up to 70 lbs.
