The Quality Assurance Technician works closely with Quality Engineers, other QA Technicians, Operations, Engineering, and production personnel to establish open and trusting working relationships that promote collaboration, problem-solving, continuous improvement, and innovation. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Engineering, Quality, Operations, and production leadership to resolve issues, improve processes, align production activities with business objectives, and promote a culture of accountability and excellence.
