Key Responsibilities Travel to client locations in a company service van to perform on-site vehicle servicesConduct oil changes, fluid checks, and other routine maintenanceDiagnose mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic tools and softwarePerform minor to mid-level repairs (e.g., brakes, batteries, filters, spark plugs, belts, etc.)Communicate clearly with customers about vehicle issues, recommended services, and costsMaintain accurate service records and documentation for each jobEnsure tools, equipment, and service vehicle are properly maintained and organizedFollow all safety procedures and company protocolsQualifications Proven experience as an automotive technician or mechanicStrong diagnostic and troubleshooting skillsFamiliarity with diagnostic tools and automotive softwareValid driver's license with a clean driving recordAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyStrong communication and customer service skillsASE certification (preferred but not required)About Schumacher Automotive GroupSchumacher Auto Group is a family-owned and operated company with over 50 years of experience in the automotive industry.
