Specific Duties: Deliver technical training virtually and in-person through a variety of formats including seminar style, small group coaching, and hands-on, from 1 - 8 hours in length to effectively transfer theoretical knowledge to actual live diagnostic strategies. Provide automotive subject matter expertise in support of the design and development of training content for a variety of media types including video, web-based, seminar, hands-on, and certification, utilizing advanced graphic techniques.
