Job SummaryUnder the direction of the Facilities Manager, the Facilities General Maintenance Technician II is responsible for a variety of maintenance duties including manufacturing dept press floor needs, building maintenance, inspections, PM's on facilities and grounds, general cleanup, and running errands, ensuring sites are safe, functional, and well-maintained for occupants and visitors. Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent; vocational training in trades (carpentry, electrical, plumbing, mechanical) is highly preferred, with training in line voltage single phase electrical being required (120/240V).Experience: Typically, 2-4+ years in commercial building maintenance.
