The Lead will also monitor work completion, support daily operations, report accidents and incidents, attend required meetings, and coordinate with the site supervisor while serving as a primary point of contact between contractor personnel and Government supervision and management. This position will provide day-to-day leadership and oversight of contractor personnel responsible for the management, accountability, maintenance, and distribution of tools, equipment, and Test, Measurement, and Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE).
