Represents HQ AFRC/A1 on the Forces Support Panel, validating new/existing programmatic requirements and working directly with the Panel Chair to insert HQ AFRC/A1 needs into the DOWs Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) system from prior years through the Future Years Defense Program (FYDP). Knowledge of annual and multiple-year appropriations; their characteristics, uses, applications and data structures and of the DoW Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution process and its products, terminology, and guidance documents, including DoW budget and financial management regulations and combatant commander guidance and policies.
