Responsible for the day-to-day leadership, management, and continuous improvement of Manchester Youth Development Center's youth programming, including afterschool and Camp CHOICE, this role oversees daily operations, supervises youth program staff, ensures a safe and engaging environment for youth, maintains consistent communication with families, and coordinates program logistics to support high-quality programming and positive youth outcomes. We provide a comprehensive range of educational, recreational, and social programs, equipping young individuals with the skills and confidence necessary for success, and are committed to making a profound impact on the lives of youth in Manchester.
