Act as a technical resource for locations regarding corrective, preventative, and/or routine repair and maintenance procedures and techniques such as, but not limited to: HVAC/refrigeration, kitchen equipment, laundry equipment, electrical systems, boilers and hot water systems, and life safety systems. Related Work Experience: Three years’ experience in: heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing, and pneumatic/electronic systems and controls.
