Conduct patient assessments and complete physical examinations, collect clinical data including vital signs, collecting specimens, prepare patients for tests, therapy, or treatments, order and interpret medical laboratory test results, diagnose medical condition of patient, administer medications or treatments and perform minor surgery. Clinical duties: Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for diabetes (type 1, type 2, gestational), thyroid disease, Initiate and manage insulin therapy, insulin pumps, and continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) as well as other patient care within scope of work.
